On one occasion, I dined at the à la carte restaurant and enjoyed a delightful 3-course dinner that showcased a clever blend of local ingredients and international flavors. The ambiance was surprisingly relaxed, allowing for a pleasant evening of good food and conversation. Breakfast was equally satisfying, featuring a selection of fresh produce and local fares that catered to a variety of tastes-perfectly setting me up for my day of adventure. The staff played a significant role in my experience; they were attentive and accommodating. I even received prompt assistance regarding a minor inconvenience in my room, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction. While the wellness facilities provided a sense of tranquility, some room features could benefit from updates. Nevertheless, the Trivium offers an enjoyable retreat for food enthusiasts and travelers alike, with a focus on culinary innovation that seamlessly complements the hotel's overall experience.
